Depending upon your mercantile skill level, it could be sucker.

Shaving would be a nice skill. So would be washing, nail-clipping and nosehair trimming. And don't forget the cleaning of ears.
(* may not actually be wisdom.)
But if you have high mercantile, you could use your beard to impress the merchants with your wisdom*Randomizer wrote:Depending upon your mercantile skill level, it could be sucker.

Are we implying that we, as men, dont cook Ms. Lady!?!?!Painted Lady wrote:Only men would think adding cooking is a good ideaEvnissyen wrote:I think I could be really into a CRPG that had Cooking as a vital skill.Prismatic Maelstrom wrote: Cooking is a new skill? I can't wait!
Speaking as one who has done more than her share of cooking, I can only say that I would insist that BW add shaving if he adds cooking.
and cooking is my favorite pastime in WoW, other than sewing and fishing.....
and really, i wish i was making that up LOL

Having just finished making barbecue pulled chicken from scratch (as in I made my own barbecue sauce), I have to concur that men can enjoy and be good at cooking. Tomorrow I'm making banana cream cheesecake.
But I also don't want it in my RPG. In an MMORPG, I can see the point sort of, but not in a game like Eschalon.

Nature Photography and Landscaping would be useful skills.
Certainty: a character-driven, literary, turn-based mini-CRPG in which Vasek, legendary "Wandering Philosopher", seeks certainties in a cryptically insular, organic, critically layered city.

Hmmm.. Does this one object to problem?
Nope
Does this one have any suggestions to creator and soon to be god?
No, list where you get your coffee
Does this one think anything should be done to future games?
Umm..make your brain go 3x faster and make 1 game per year. Yeah, and if that happens I get to buy all of you donuts and have soda and pie.
