The Drunken Lizard Pub

I just purchased the game, then downloaded the "eb1_setup_106.exe" from the email. When attempting to open it, I get an error message.

"The setup files are corrupt. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

I've tried to download the .exe again multiple times from the link provided in the email, but to no avail. :/
