When I read this, afterwards it asks me if I wanna add it to my quests.
When I click 'yes' nothing happens, is this a bug?

Wtf? Her brother was missing for a month or so, she had no news from him and I bring her the most precious letter in her life. She didn't even say that she can't give me more coins. She just said that's it enough to cover postal service. I'm the adventurer, not the postman. She must die and rot in hell.

just completed that quest on 1.03 this morning, didn't check the journal, but recieved 500xp and 10 gold allright

For those interested, this quest does not appear in your journal if Penelope has suffered a "Total Existence Failure"...even in version 1.04.

Kwokkie - Letter is found when you find a dead body (one of several) where the guide would blabber on about remains of a wrecked caravan.. In the desert somewhere.. Can't quite remember where sorry

This happened to me also. Go talk to her. Then read the letter again, then talk to her again, and the option will show up. For 10gp and 500xp it is hardly worth the trouble.
