release is right ahead and I wanted to ask if there are any restrictions/conditions for doing a (German) let's play on youtube.

Couldn't find aynthing about it on the page itself or in the forums.

As long as you give viewers links back to out page so they can buy their own copy, you are free to use your video capture for Let's Play features, even if you monetize the video.

And I never experienced such issues using Fraps.
