Stuck after Moonshire - where do I go next?

I've reached Moonshire and I just donj't see where can I go next...
Everything seems to be surrounded by water, tried to go to different maps - but same problem.

Have you got Erubor's letter from Lilith and did you read it?

The quest marked with a green star in your quest journal is the one for the main quest line.

I know I should find some Tavern in the town, however the people say they do not know where it is.

I did, she said she didn't know of such tavern and she gave me a letter to give to someone at the forest (I've searched the forest but could not find him, but there is a gate in the forest that I cannot pass too...)

There's another way to find out about the Blackened Bone Tavern as well, maybe you'll find that out yourself, it just involves snooping around.
