We’ve added a new question and answer to the Q&A thread running in the forums. The topic of this question is regarding multiple solutions to quests as well as choices and consequences.
Okay, before you get too excited, this giveaway is for the Macintosh version only! You see, we were cleaning out a file cabinet here in the studio and discovered three pristine copies of Eschalon: Book I for Macintosh. These were leftovers from the first batch of Mac CDs that were pressed before we went to CDs that had all three versions.
So how do you get one of these extremely rare discs? Easy! Just find our contact email address here on our website and send us an email asking to be put into the drawing. Make sure the word “Giveaway” is in the subject line. On Monday (the 7th) we’ll take all the emails we get over the weekend and let the computer randomly pick three lucky people.
The discs come in a nice DVD case with cool cover art. Besides the game itself, on the disc you’ll find a high-resolution map of Thaermore, an extended music track, the trailer, and a collection of screenshots from early builds of the game.
You can now follow all of our website updates via Twitter!
We’ve had a few concerns come our way regarding changes to the website. Also, we’ve kept much of the old site running behind this one, so if you have a link going straight to the old Book II product page, it will still take you there at this time. Be sure to update all your links to the new website.
And finally, yes, we hope to eventually link your Drunken Lizard Pub account with the website comment section. At his time we are waiting on a specific plugin to be updated for this to happen.
To kick off the new web site, we’ve released two new screenshots for Eschalon: Book II showing some new interface graphics and a glimpse of the arctic zone, the Northland Expanse…
