I have a side question. After completing the secondary maintenance switch quest aren't the main gate connecting east and west above ground supposed to open? I did everything I thought and have gone through again and the nothing seems to get the main gates open. I know I can just quick travel to east ...

Just wanted to let you all know that same happens for me. Running the demo from the .dmg fixes it. I am running 10.5 on a last gen G4 iBook. I know it doesn't meet min specs, but it runs well enough. . . The only 'extras' I have are flip4mac and Divx system pref. add ons.
