I'm fine with it the current size, but if you wanna go big, injoy...
My only request is to keep it windowed instead of taking up the whole screen... I like to be able to jump back and forth from stuff w/o having to shut down the game...

It's funny, but I played all of the old rpg's when they came out, Wizardry, Bard's Tale, Gold boxes, etc. but never bothered making maps... just too darn lazy... I probably missed out on a few things, but I got through all of the games...

I must say, for lazy boyz like me, the automapping is a BIG ...

I had some trouble getting through "the sword" also... my brother recommended the series to me, but gave me the warning that the first one was tough to swallow, but it gets better... Don't know, cause I never went back...

Along those lines...
Anyone have any comments on the "Wheel of Time" series ...

my 2.5 cents worth...

Just stumbled upon David Gemmel's writing... he passed away recently, but left behind a goldmine in great ...

I rather enjoy Spiderweb's stuff in general... Eschalon is a better game in many ways, but the Avernum stuff is fun to play and the games are pretty large. They might not be everyone's cup o' tea, but I'd recommend them to anyone and you can always check out how you like the game with a demo download.

Keys...

Is there anybody who has made a list of what key goes where?
I have a "Heavy Key" which I have no idea where I picked up or where it goes. And also the "Gate Key" from darkford... where the heck does that one go?
Oh, and also a "Fancy Key"...

keys, keys, keys...

Thanks in advance...

I agree with some of the suggestions, someone recommended a "running" key and lock, that would really improve the movement in the game.

A bit of randomness and multi-level dungeons would, of course, be an improvement... as well as more baddies... everyone wants more baddies...

I think cartography ...

The dungeon with the gates, "the outpost in burning sand"?,
is that the place where you need the key? The room with the two gates seem like they would be activated with levers, but I've gone over lots of the map looking for more of them, can't find 'em... I might have missed somewhere, but I also ...
