Killed everything in the underground two times, nothing drop the "Fetid Grub Tumor." Help!

A 17" Powerbook G4 1.5 GHz and a Mac Pro 2X2.66 Duel-Core Intel Xeon. Eschalon: Book One runs slow at times on the G4.

This may be a bug. Key wasn't dropped on my sixth game. The goblin lord was standing on a loot bag when I killed him.
