Question. What would be about the market average to contract out 2d art resources for a game the size of E1 or the Geneforge series? I know that for print stuff an ink drawing tends to go for something in the $100s US.

Object Dock . Neat program launcher. Paid version is somewhat more powerful. Look into Object Desktop for a complete suite of stuff. Some free, some trial-ware.

Have you folks considered distributing through Impulse or Steam? It could help widen exposure and provide a nice method of download management. I discovered the company and game through GameTunnel and (later) through RPG Watch. The high quality of the experience warrants being placed ...
