I went through the illusionary wall behind the chest. At the two-way gates I dropped a keg by the switch. Went through the gate then turned around and blasted the keg.

Thanks all. That explains it because I can't find the Akadai Underworld.

It seems I have cleared the whole map but I have not seen this.

Finished with only 3 widgets?

I was able to complete the game with:

The gear, the spring, and the bolt.
Can anyone please tell me what the 4th one is and where I might find it?
