Thanks for your helpful replies. I abandoned the char a day ago without ever seeing a borehead again. I started all over with a new one. I will have a closer look at the borehead's this time!

Although the time to kill one will be dramatically reduced :twisted:

Sure they just don't vanish? I could target it but got a "behind obstacle" message and could not fire at it any longer. I qicksaved, reloaded and the borehead was gone.
I scouted again all over Fellpine forest area but couldn't find anymore boreheads. Any console command available to check that out ...

Hi,

One of the Boarheads fled from a fight heading towards the zone change area between "Eastern Fellpine Forest" and "Felpine Forrest". I blocked the path between me and the Boarhead with a Barrel. After firing some magic at it, it turned around, fled towards "Felpine Forrest" and disappeared.
