Disappointingly slow!
I've been waiting for this game to come out forever, and it's horribly slow. I'm running a G4 1.66 GHz with 2 GB of ram, 128 mb video card. That should be more than enough, but my computer consistently overheats and gameplay gets excruciatingly slow, especially when I get to a village with lots of ...

Hi there! I've got a question about items. Are there any special items with magic powers that can only be found once? I mean like swords that shoot magic missles, things that produce infinite sources of light so you don't have to go out and buy torches every other second, etc. I remember objects ...

Here's one..

It's a lot like waiting for Christmas, isn't it? To the developers of Eschalon: I applaud you for taking your time in making this game. Most developers just try to get out a game as quick as possible, without making sure it's a quality game. They're after money, and you guys are after a solid game ...

Here's my question.
Are the creatures in Eschalon in fixed numbers so that you can hunt certain ones to extinction, or are they generated as needed? Can they reproduce?
Also, with regards to gameplay itself, I know that Eschalon is tile-based. I would like to know, however, if the player's view of the world moves ...

What's going on over at Basilisk?
Hi everyone! I think it's time for a little update. What's going on at Basilisk games? Any breakthroughs? Setbacks? Can't wait to play your game.

Preorder? Release date? Winning the game?
For those of you who might have pre-ordered an app called Tubular, you might not be so welcoming to the idea of a pre-order (I know I'll never buy from that developer again...), but I was wondering if Basilisk was going to offer a preorder of Book I, or maybe even all three games so that you get ...
