OK, here comes more. The actual text of the quest is as follows:

Locate a 'prize' that the Goblin Gruzz has told you about. Find the Goblin Obelisk in Crakamir, travel south until you see a tree with yellow leaves, then locate the dead tree nearby. The prize is hidden there .

I have noticed that Goblin Gruzz from Whistling Cave was supposed to ask the player about one more quest some in between these lines:

South of Goblin Obelisk there is a tree with yellow leaves. Locate dead tree near by (prize is hidden in there).

I am just wondering for some more info about this ...
