I think that overall it is just slightly too easy. Collecting money was the biggest hurdle for me as I never seemed to have enough to buy the good stuff and had to make it myself with the imbue armour spells.

Monsters overall were weak, especially the dwarves. Even the Taurax by the end were not ...

As much as I like Books 1 & 2, it would be nice if it was more like Baldur's Gate. Let me specify how :

1. The towns are really empty in Book2. There are no NPCs wandering the streets to talk to (they're mute) :(

2. There are very few houses to walk into that are not (a) empty (b) one of the shop ...

Taurax don't have any shadows in their graphics!! It makes them look very artificial compared to everything else in the game!

Oh, and some sounds still play when I've turned all the audio sliders to 0%, such as birds tweeting and button clicks.

Keep squashing those bugs, BW!!

Just try killing processes in the background and you should get it working fine. I'll have to keep isolating to find out which one, but I killed Comodo Firewall, Anti-Vir, D3D overrider and ATi Tray Tools.
