I wouldn't mind listening to my own MP3s or Internet radio while playing but I don't see a "mute" option anywhere - can I disable sound?

It is so hard to decide how to spend those 3 points! I am ending up making saves before each level up and playing for awhile to decide if I like what changes. I wish I had a better understanding of how much benefit extra points give. For example how much will it help me to put a point in swords when ...

Of course I seem to have solved it...I changed from DirectX to Opengl and haven't had a crash since.

Well that was quick. It didn't help. Crashed the first time I tried to sell 5 empty bottles.

I haven't had any luck finding an updated driver for the intel chipset either. I am sure there probably is one but a google search didn't find one yet. I will keep digging.

About 1/2 the time when I try to sell multiple items to a vendor I get a hard crash and a failure in the ialmrnt5 driver. I will post what the event viewer says below. I tried finding an update to the video card driver (Mobile Intel 945GM) but it seems to be as up to date as possible.

Any ideas ...

It is the kind of commitment you folks have shown around here which is making me lean towards a 1st day purchase (and the relatively low price is a help too. :))

I hope you know I don't mean any disrespect or to be rude I just figure forums are for talking about what is on people's minds about the ...

I am in no way trying to put down the devlopers but as my excitement about the game grows so does my worry it will stink. The last turn based RPG I was really excited about was "Temple of Elemental Evil" and before that "Pool of Radiance" Playing (or trying to play) those two games I think is good ...

Okay, okay... two weeks is perhaps a foolishly optimistic estimate and we probably shouldn't have thrown a time frame out there. When developing a game, missing release dates or overestimating development time is the ultimate sin.

The point is we won't shorten the test to fit that schedule...if ...
