It runs like a champ on our MacBook. Doesn't even impact the CPU(s) on our new iMac. Runs on my PowerBook but rather slowly. Smooth, but slowly.

Good news folks! I'll grab the demo when I get home and, if it runs well on my Mac(s), I'll buy the download. I will admit with some guilt I already played a small amount of the Windows demo on my Thinkpad, curiosity was killing me......

Out of curiosity - the minimum specs posted say "3D accelerated graphics card (DirectX 7.0 or better capability)" for Windows. How will 3D acceleration be pulled off on Linux (and OSX for that matter) with explicit DirectX requirements?
