Here is an interesting little read about how Activision and Blizzard are connected. For me at least it explains much.

I never really cared about Starcraft 2, but I was excited for Diablo 3. Was. Now I'm not so sure.

Excellent work. You did a far better job of this than I ever would have.

Re: Rangers - What's the Best Approach?
Nissyen, I believe the math for HP and MP regen makes sense. You don't even have to come up with fantasy rules for where mana comes from and such either. It's a simple game mechanic. If you're going to be playing a mage then your life begins and ends with your mana pool. A fighter's life on the othe...

Re: Rangers - What's the Best Approach?
It was actually your thread on the formulas for HP and MP regen that lead me to this thread. It did seem a bit odd to post in this thread since it was by title about ranger builds, but this thread had the information about regen as opposed to at creation and at level up HP gains. I've done further t...

Re: Rangers - What's the Best Approach?
While this thread is old it's new to me since I just started playing the game. I felt it necessary to point out that HP regen apparently doesn't work like MP regen. I don't know the math, but I did notice very definite increases in my HP regen with Endurance increased from 30 to 40 and then 50. I ev...

Shield Skill
What is the point in upgrading your shield skill? It seems that no matter how many points I put into shields it never effects anything about them. If I put points into heavy armor I get better damage resistance. Swords; better damage and chance to hit. Shields? No idea. Oh, one other thing. Do shiel...

Re: New Player Old Questions
Thanks for the reply. Just came up with another one/few. Spell effect limitation? I noticed there are only five slots for active spell effects or conditions like Hidden. Am I limited to those five or are any others simply not listed? Are there any in game visual timers for effects or do I just have ...

New Player Old Questions
Hello, all. I just discovered Eschalon the other day by visting Play This Thing! It's a great site for finding indie games. In any case I'm playing the demo for Eschalon: Book I now. I'm loving the game for it's old school feel. As much as I like the Mass Effect games they will never hold a place in...
