Voiceovers for Book III?
Might this be a possibility? After all there are already voices (of a sort) in the game, all those "ooof" and "argh" attack/hit/death sounds.
It would surely make the story more immersive and give Book III modders more options for storytelling.

Re: Two-handed swords?
Actually, there are some swords in the game that are labeled as 'two-handed.' But you can still use them in one hand. This actually had me confused at first. I was playing a sword and shield type, found a sword better than my own that was labeled as a 'two-handed' sword and came very close to just ...

Re: Buy on Steam or direct? Does it matter?
I would personally use Impulse from Stardock, great support and fast patches without all the hassle of Steam. Plus you can use it on many different computers as well and not be locked to one. Also Stardocks/Impulse customer service has always been great to me.

Slowing enemies
Do any of the cold spells (or any spell) slow down or immobilize enemies at all? I'm wondering if my ranger has any way to keep enemies at a distance.

Re: Two-handed swords?
That's too bad... maybe in Book III there'll be a two-hand sword distinction. And some feats to go along with it... like a burst of speed or dodge bonus after each kill with the sword.

Two-handed swords?
I just started playing this game, but I was wondering if there are two-handed swords available?
I like the samurai archetype -- big damage/big offense to make up for limited defense.
Would such a character work in this game?

Buy on Steam or direct? Does it matter?
I have Steam and I was wondering, is there any difference between buying the game on Steam vs. buying a code direct from Basilisk?
I read that Steam isn't very good at updating the patches. So why bother with Steam at all, if it adds nothing but gives you slow patches instead?
