Re: Bug & Error Compendium nr. 2

A little graphical glitch in "Broken Blade": Some hovering wall cracks in midair. The beetle seems to be *behind* one.
Please see attached screenshot.

Also there seems to be a miscalculation on the experience bar. Shouldn´t it be a little bit more full, for nearly 47.000 / 50.000 points?

Re: Werwolf quest and minor UI suggestions (spoiler)

Is it correct, that the quest with the werwolf is unsolvable once i talked with the guy in Everdale? I killed the werwolf afterwards, grabbed his pelt, but the other guy wont accept it. Is that supposed to work like that, or a bug?

How far are you until now?
Amberstar is my absolute favorite rpg from the good old times.

I would love to see a new Amber* sequel.

Do you replay the pc or the amiga(emulated) version?

Re: Wizards and Warriors

NOT the old one from the 1990s, evidently DW Bradley (of wizardry fame) created a new set of games with this name in 2000 sometime:

Has anyone played these? Are they any good?

Its just one game: "Wizards and Warriors" and yes, its pretty good. Not very ...

I just imagined how some of those artworks would work ingame as short storytelling snippets.
Like if you arrive at a location for the first time you would see such an image + some text (plus even a narrator voice?) to describe the location.

If so, I really hope its kept as a "2D" game, Im not a fan of 3D.
Yep, 2D is a must for me too.
I'm curious as to why you insist on a 2-D environment. Would you really be unhappy with a 3-D world presented with a Wizardry-type interface, i.e. you can look (and move) up and down as well as NESW ...

I am really looking forward to the "other" project that is party based that Thomas described..

Im wondering if that one will be the first person game like the Might and Magic and Eye of the Beholder series, I love those too. If so, I really hope its kept as a "2D" game, Im not a fan of 3D.

Yep ...

I would blindly subscribe to your next 3 or so games.
I think its good that you want to keep the spirit of *your* vision of eschalon.
