Re: World map resolution too low

Make the high res version available to download as a separate item. I for one would be willing to take the time to download a large file.

No sighing allowed for one more month! Unless you put it in the game for right before I get killed! :)

I would like this too, a Quickload of the Quicksave game, maybe the F4 key or something.

I had never heard of WebMoney:

BW, the more ways that peoples around the world can buy Eschalon, the better IMO.

I am playing a pirated copy of the game.
I would gladly pay 40$ for this ingenious game + CD and stuff, because I really like it, but I don't have CC or PayPal, only Webmoney account. IF Basilisk accepts webmoney, just pm me your WMZ wallet #, and you'll receive a just payment. If not, I am ...

now what each point actually does is another thing
I'm not sure either of what the problem is, it costs 3 points to "buy" a new skill or one point to raise an existing skill by one point, in either character creation or level up. You can take points back during a session, but once you exit the ...

I used a sword my first game and it was ok. Then someone posted how much they liked the axe, so I did Cleaving for my next game and I like it much better. Plus I found a 2500 gp axe somewhere when I was playing sword, I am still looking for that axe in my new game.

Also using Bless when you battle ...

Piracy of computer software is part of the internet now. As was stated in the other thread, probably every game published has been cracked and made available. The only software protection that I have seen truly work are ones that "call home" every day for updates, like an anti-virus product. I pay ...

I agree that Eschalon might be a big seller for Linux, if the word gets out to the community of users.

I have built Linux systems in the past, and my biggest complaint was the inability to use the latest and greatest games, so I have pretty much stayed with Windows and Macintosh.

Whenever I have used walkthrough's in the past, I have found myself becoming bored with the game. Using the hints on this forum as my only resource has made the game much more enjoyable. I'm on my second go now, using some things I have learned to make a better character, and thus a better gaming ...

The bow skill would be kinda useful for a warrior, although it takes some points to train it and I don't know how high ToHit ratio on the first level of skill is.

I've spent much time on rolling and I after some time rolled an interesting stats - 18/17/18/17/14/14/11/14. So my concentration isn't ...
