1 - fans, who need language pack, dont know english in high level and can't tranclate this game normally.
2 - fans, who know english very well and can! tranclate this game, haven'n any reason to do this) they can play game normally on original language and dont ...

I purchased a licensed version of the game, and in READMY.TXT file I found mention of the existence of different language pack. When I go to this link, I don't found any language pack ... searching the forums, I found mention of that work on them was begun in May, but since then, apparently, nothing ...
