Cheating ruins the fun of the game. Yes. Though I find, for myself, that after I played through an RPG 3 or 4 times, thus having finished all the major possible paths, a fun replay opportunity is simply to make a God-like character by editing and then run it through. It's just an extra option to pl...

They are talking about it on the QT3 forums. A good place, since it's mainly populated by gaming industy insiders. http://www.quartertothree.com/game-talk/index.php Yeah, but I find their disucssion pretty disappointing and short-sighted. Bitching about little stuff and expecting creature-comforts ...

Yeah, I got it too, didn't think to take a screenshot and I'm sure as hell not doing it again.

A combination of judicious potion use to buff up protection and offense and setting the entire room on fire with my stockpile of oils helped. It still wasn't easy.

Yes, his first form was a bit easy as a warrior using a surprise attack via the dialogue, but the second form is more challenging.

I'm not sure the first form is supposed to be challenging.

Eschalon: Book 1 Interview on GameBanshee

Thomas was kind enough to answer a few question for us Enjoy the read GB: Could you give us some examples of content or features planned for Book II that weren't present in Book I? Thomas: We didn’t reveal much about Book I beforehand and we probably won’t reveal too much about Book II either, ...

Oh, him. That's no problem, at all.

The quest you can't finish...
is the quest to kill that girl in the forest that helped you. You don't want to kill her anyway, right?

As far as I know, you have to guess. It's not that hard, though

Re: Blackwater Mercenary quest....*Spoilers*

Now the guy in the Tavern follows me around trying to kill me, but if I kill him it says I can't beat the main quest. You mean the boss of the tavern? Yes, he's essential to the main quest, kill him and you can't finish it. There's nothing you do in the quest to find the assassins related to him, t...

Re: [spoiler request] A few questions

Is there a quests associated with the Ossuary? I've started exploring it, but I wonder if I should leave it for later. Let me put it this way: there's no harm in leaving it for later. Do gems have any use later on? Or should I just sell them? Gems? Like, diamonds and stuff? They have no purpose, ju...

We must have updated our posts at the same time! Looks like. A question: I've already been in and out of Darkford for the matter to discuss with the captain. Once that's done you can't re-enter, right? EDIT: Also, I ran into the same tomb with the lock pin that's already been asked about twice in t...

Ok, that solves the Ossuary.

But unless I'm going to run into the solution for Crakamir there, I'd prefer if you were more explicit with your hints. Like I just said, I already ran all over the world map, I'm not going to run over it again just to hope I run into the solution somehow.

[spoiler requests] On Ossuary and on Crakamir Rift

It's odd that I'd suddenly get stuck on two points at the same time, since for the rest of the game all quests were nice and recognisably "classic model" and thus easy to solve. But hell, I'm stuck. 1. I've just come out of Shadowmirk. I have 3 goblin keys and am sitting comfortable at lev...
