1. The goblin in the Hive Queen's cave -> Talking to him and choosing a certain sequence for the conversation crashes the game. I believe it ends with declaring your intent to kill him.

2. After showing Lilith the stinger, if you choose 'I will be back with the amulet' and you talk to her again ...
