Haven't played Eschalon Book 1 in quite awhile.

I have forgotten HOW to USE the Goblin Keys and I DO have all 4.

If I left or right click a key in Inventory, the result is dropping the key (not using).

Clicking to obelisk at entrance does nothing.

Were do we go to get to Omentor Temple. All the Quest Log says is to go north.

North from what map (area) and/or which path

How do we get OUT of the Akadai Underworld

I have: Akadai Gland, Akadai Kingspawn Head, Akadai Withered Head, Crux of Terra.

I did search this forum but all I could find are hits to text, NONE on how to get there.

I am assuming that I have to get into Alandar's Realm, which I cannot figure out how to do.

So, HOW do we get to the Astral Mountains and Alandar's Realm (spoilers please)

When I use [F1] to see the Keyboard Hot Keys list, there's a problem.

The list has [Z] twice , it actually pulls up the Game Stats dialog.

There is no [S] listed which according to the general.cfg file is "charsheet=s" but using [S] does NOT work :(

OK, I just started Book-3 so this may have been answered but a search did not fine this exact question.

Note that there are errors on the " Quick Reference: Default Keyboard & Mouse actions " page. Some [F]key definitions are wrong.

I have NOT changed any key bindings ( they are the original ). The following are the defaults that came with the game.

[F1] Keyboard shortcut help
[F2] Quick save
[F3 ...

UPDATE: I am running Ubuntu 13.04

I am using the "padsp" to launch Eschalon 1 & 2 , BUT the sound is choppy after I upgraded from Ubuntu 12.10, and Eschalon shows [FreeAudio] :cry:

Also, why can I NOT get the audio to show [OpenAl] as I did in Ubuntu 9 :?:

Is there a launch prefix I can use ...

Ubuntu 12.10, running GNOME Classic desktop

Due to the configuration of my Linux Laptop ( widescreen ), where I have Eschalon Book 2 installed, I have to run in [Windowed] mode or it is distorted and cannot scroll.

The problem, the Taskbar hides the bottom 1/2in of the window.

Is there a way to change the size of the window in the [Windowed ...

After a night's sleep :roll: remembered what causes this problem.

When you first install Eschalon games and enter your license info, it creates a folder .basilisk_Games . Inside that folder are your save-game folders, in my case book2_Saved_Games .

Problem, when installed both folders are Owned by ...
