Vista Home Premium 32bit

UAC turned off. Has been for ages on this machine ever since Bioshock was released.

No more savegames.

I expect they are on my machine somewhere, but it isnt an admin rights issue at all. UAC being off proves that.
And its a fully english (UK) version of Vista.

yeah i believe i tried the java remake some time ago. was a tearful nostalgia trip to be sure.

pity that lots dont see the merit in such rpg's and create some new versions.

isometric is all very good, but first-person had its followers for sure.

any modern dungeon master clones/remakes?

ive played all the classics to death (bloodwych, dungeon master, eye of the beholder, lands of lore etc. etc.)

wondering if some developer has thought to revive the genre?

i know about devil whiskey, but i didnt really like that game too much as it was too similar to bars tale series and i never ...

macdude22 wrote:Is it a big deal to use OpenGL mode (which is what the Mac and Linux versions use anyway)? I suppose it stands to reason as a cross platform development system that Blitz focuses on OpenGL more than DirectX so DirectX performance may be less optimized.
whats Blitz?

Salty Sea Thugs hard (spoilers)

so i got this quest to deliver some elixir to an old man in the salty sea area.

trouble is im getting absolutely hammered by thugs in the area. infact all the enemies in the area seem to be thugs, who follow you relentlessly once you are about a screen widths away.

im lvl2. 4 points in sword -long ...

Continue after story completion?

Can you continue playing, exploring and leveling after youve finished the main storyline, or is it an end-credits/re-roll thing?

Yes, I am glad you brought this up.

After the 1.01 update I can no longer recommend continuing from the demo, especially with changes to the saved game code.

BasiliskWrangler, i only played the demo up until you leave the deserted town at the beginning (not very far at all into the game ...

i saw this game advertised on Amazon, and a couple user reviews said that it was one of those hidden gems that oft get overlooked.

Im thinking of getting it for xmas.

Is it like Diablo 2 but in 3d? (titan quest ish??)
