Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

The whole point of the Book III ending is having to make a difficult choice with no definite right answer. The ambiguity of the ending falls apart the moment you start asking questions. Your character is reduced to a simpleton at the end to maintain this ambiguity which I don't like. Why else would...

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

If he still lives, he would be the oldest living being in all of Eschalon, and his wisdom far exceeds that of anyone I have ever known. Karamiklan doesn't view the future and the past as we do; his mind is so vast that all of time exists at once for him. He will be able to give us guidance that no ...

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

Then why does Karamiklan tell you about the nature of the Orakur and the coming cataclysm? For the lulz?

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

Assuming that Malkur is telling the truth...

Why doesn't he confront Korren and Erubor about the coming cataclysm? He convinced you. Why this elaborate scheme of death and destruction?

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

http://s13.postimg.org/7y6sf5393/Eschalon_Cargo.jpg This room contains several oddities. Large metallic containers and strange parts litter the floor. There is a tangible energy in this room which makes the hairs on your arm stand up straight. You feel as if you are being watched, and that it is no...

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

Unkillable Cat from RPG Codex makes an interesting post: It's a case of temporal physics. An upcoming planetary alignment will cause the great rift of Eschalon to erupt, spreading Candecium all across the land, killing every living thing on the planet's surface, with only life living deep undergrou...

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

If the letter made reference to particular things we did before taking the memory erasing serum, then perhaps. It wouldn't be definite proof though which is what we want.

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

If you really were working with Malkur, why didn't you write a letter to yourself to explain the situation you find yourself in? Karamiklan could of handed you the letter before Malkur makes his appearance.

I think I'll be running out of questions in a few days...

Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)

Why does Malkur kill Shina? Wouldn't it make sense for him to torture Shina for information? He might know the location of the Crux of Terra, and if not he would know where the other Orakur are who would know. And why would Malkur have his prison on the path to the Crux Chamber? He did after all wan...

Re: Grammar and Spelling Mistakes - Part I

I proof read the manual before the release of Book III so I think you should do it. :) I remember you suggesting that the 'Challenges' should be listed in the manual so I added that.

I would post it in a separate thread IJBall. Will you be looking at the manual as well in the future?
