Hi,
Great game! I bought a copy for myself through a link on the launch screen I think and I got a key and it worked fine. However when I bought a second copy that I intended for a friend, I never received a copy of the key, just a link to download the full version. She already has the full version installed, but it's asking for a key.
Any ideas?

Did you get it from Greenhouse? If so, please email support@playgreenhouse.com and they can help you. They are the people who handle the licenses.

My first transaction went through Greenhouse, but the second one (the one I'm having trouble with) I did through Paypal on this website. It looks like Plimus handled it. There is a link to the details of the transaction in one of the confirmation emails I received, but I don't see any numbers mentioning activation key or anything like that. =/

Oh, okay. Our version doesn't have a key. The download link through Plimus was an unlocked full version.

Oops I guess I shouldn't have sent her the copy I downloaded then.
OK thanks. I'll point her to the download link I received from Plimus. She's already created a character and stuff. Is it pretty easy to copy a save file or two from the Eschalon directory, uninstall the version she has now, then install the unlocked version and copy in the save files?

Yes, you can copy saved games like that. Also, the Plimus link may be time limited, so if she gets an error saying "Link has expired" just email me the order number support@basiliskgames.com and I will activate a new link for you.
