A lot I hope given that my linux buddies are always complaining about the lack of games for linux. Coincidentally I pointed them this direction and then then scoffed saying they want fancy new 3D games. Grrrblah to them I say.

Been following the game for quite some time now...you can bet your last gold piece that I will be sending in my $$... I would have bought the game and went through the pain of playing it in windows if I would have had to. A Linux version is totally the "icing on the cake" though!

Really looking forward to play this game on my new and shiny debian-laptop. Checking in every day to see if there are any new information regarding the release date.

I already own the windows version but I will still buy the Linux version so I will be able to get rid of "XP racketware" forever.
(so maybe you should had an option to the poll)

Maybe I have not search long enough (and I can promise I have spent some time), but I have not found any good RPG under linux so far so this one will be a real asset.

Only game I play is Battle for Wesnoth (sorry for the pub but it is a completely freeware application) but this is not a RPG.

I hope that with the move by Apple to BSD, more games can be ported to Linux (if development is done on cross-platform dev tools like the one these devs are using).

Keep it up! I have my credit card ready =).

Yes, it's really good to see game developers seriously considering the Linux market. I suppose the major developers just don't care, but for smaller developers like Basilisk, the Linux market could appreciably augment their sales - and for Basilisk, I certainly hope it does.

I'd like the purchase this game when it'll be released for linux, it's really pleasant to play.
Will the save game files from the demo still work in the full version ?
Will it be possible to purchase the linux version and get the licence to play it on mac and windows (like for the game Gish for example) ?

I just bought the game for Linux and had to make a thanks post for it.
Such games in Linux are extremely rare, and i am waiting eagerly for the next episodes.
