character creation help

So I made character without cartography because in the demo I got a map skill book from a barrel on the first map. Didn't realize at the time that treasure was random. gRRR. Any ways I got sextant and got lvl 5 cartography, so I'm good to go. Just gave potion to diseased hermit from his 'friend' Michael. LOL good stuff. I was surprised. Definently NOT cliche writing.

Question: I'm trying to save as many as skill points as I can so, I just got Elemental ( for free) At lvl three I put on point into spot hidden as I heard that peeps haven't found a skill book for that. (Not that I particullarly needed it anyways as my perception at 30 is high enough to see hidden traps and that one cool stone wall in Evermeet.)

So yes the question, How many skills can I learn from books? Is there a skill book for all skills? ANd can vendors sell them? I guess reading a book and gaining one point is better than using 3 to learn through the level up screen.

I think somewhere there is a list of skill books. I know there's one for all melee weapons except short bladed, and one for archery. One for hide in shadows, one for pick locks, one for cartography, one each for Elemental and Divination magick, one for Mercantile, one for Skulduggery (traps). Maybe others I'm forgetting. They can sometimes be found at the Inn Keeper in Blackwater and in Border Town, but more often you find them in random drops.

There is also skill a book for light armor, pretty sure there's one for heavy armor also. One for Alchemy.

There are NO skill books (at least I never found them) for dodge, meditation, survival, shields, Lore, move silently, thrown weapons, unarmed combat, and I think Spot hidden not so 100% sure on that one.

I just realized this but it's interesting how all the main class skills have a book and a trainer as well, with the exception of the Rogue. Of course Rogues get the extra XP from unlocking doors and chests, assuming that is that you don't pick up that skill elsewhere.
