POOR and stuck outside, How can I enter KUUDAD ?

Hey I am unable to get into kuudad, I dont have any where near 2000 gold
and wouldnt want to give it up even if I had it, I circled the city and did not
notice any other available entrances, just the gate with the guards, can some one tell me what [if any] other ways their are to get in, and how to do
them. thanks

the other entrance are the sewers (reached through the farrock cave or whatever it was called).
or you can get a citizen's writ from several corpses scattered around the world.
