Here's one that's an RPG maker made RPG that doesn't look like one. Great hand drawn art..I guess it's only about 6 hours long with a sequel in the works...
I read it's the number 1 RPG in China...I'm kind of stoked so far..free demo for 30 minutes...
Interesting, although that name is a little silly. I don't know if that's a translation thing, but I swear "Rainblood: Town of Death" sounds like something marketing came up with to sound really grim/dark.
Hmm... might be a translation thing, but you're right: Rainblood: Town of Death is truly, truly atrocious.
But then: gaming doesn't seem to be the place to go to find nice-sounding or mature titles. Honestly: I really don't think they care too much, for the most part.
Certainty: a character-driven, literary, turn-based mini-CRPG in which Vasek, legendary "Wandering Philosopher", seeks certainties in a cryptically insular, organic, critically layered city.

From now on, maybe both the Chinese and Japanese should simply call all their games Calligraphicdeath: Town of Our Language Is Better than Yours.
...Or some variant on that.
...Or maybe: Rainink: Town of We Knew You Could Never Hope to Understand.
