When you pick a lock, the game pops up the little screen and the pins click or don't click. It's all over in a second or two and you can get on with it. When it comes to traps, however, you're forced to sit through the entire span of both the Declaration of Independence and every Queen's speech since 1967.
Why is the trap disarming screen so... dull? With the lock picking, you get to very quickly see the pins slide into place, but the traps don't have anything nice to look at, and you're looking at it (the dull nothingness) for ages.
Even if it's not going to get changed for a later version of B2, can you at least change it for B3?

I only see the trap screen for about a second.

Thanks for bringing this up again, Rowanas - I'll mention this again over in the post-v1.04 bug thread in the Windows Support forum.
