Problem with wall

So i killed this Ranger at Broken Blade who attacked me and it died and dropped her bag. She was standing behind wall and right behind the torch that was on the other side above exotic chest. So now i cant loot her bag because it automatically only clicks the torch icon on the other side of the wall. Did she drop anything important or just random things? Anyway to 'circle' around this problem? Transparent walls or getting rid of that torch or move that piece of wall by some program? :E
