Mailing (Packaging) Problem

Today got my copy of your new game....good news is that you have done a very professional job on the case and CD...bad news is that your packaging envelope is too small and the plastic covering on the case got mangled when it was inserted into the envelope...appreciate it if you would send me another case....tyvm.

Wow that was a quick response...I dont have an order number since I did not get an invoice with the game....I emailed you my mailing address...tyvm

PS: Just got an email saying a replacement is on the way....I am totally blown away by the outstanding customer service...maybe you folks should "train" Microsoft, Apple, EA Sports, etc. in the fine art of good customer service!!!!
