Go back at the end of game?

Is it possible to leave the Bastion Spire after returned crux of ages and not ending game?
Can't find way out.

No, you have reach the end of the game. There are three possible endings. Two of the endings occur in the Spire and the third one begins in the Goblin Citadel if you had over the Crux to evil. :twisted:
