Sorry, didn't see your replies (and the forum didn't notify me either). I'm not entirely done yet. I've only done the keep itself, and I'm still missing the interior of the 2nd and 3rd floor. I'm planning on doing the whole zone of course.

I'm using SPhax PureBDcraft for the textures. 'Bit too cartooney for BG I know, but it's my default texture pack.

See if I can get a third here. I have larger pictures on my computer, I had to shrink this one and the other two.

Phew! Had to shrink it twice to get it to fit.

Thought I'd pop in something Minecraft players might want to check out. The latest issue (May ..dang, it's in the other room, anyway got it May 24th, probably dated for May 27th, 2013) of Time Magazine has a 6 page (!) article on the company and game. Well, 2 pages are full sized pics of the 'inventors'. The other 4 pages are a good read.

Sounds interesting, although it might be quite difficult to find a Time Magazine where I live.

I checked Google for the article but I think it's behind a wall, as my son said it would be. You have to have a Time Mag. Subscription to see stuff online. There were a ton of articles and mentions about it on Google though.

Well, I know it's been a while since anyone actually got on the server, but I recently got a new keyboard, and wanted to try it out with some gaming. I love the keyboard, but to test it out, I actually got onto the server and decided to work on the castle a little bit. I finished once terrace (Took about 6 stacks of obsidian just for the one), and think it looks pretty nice. Obviously it's nothing compared to the pictures we just saw, but in my defense, that was in creative mode.

Yeah, but I'm not sure how long that will last. Pretty soon here I'd like to get the cave spider farm I spent so long on actually working so we have a reliable source of exp.

Is the server 1.4.2 compatible? If so, I could try and join for some action!

I don't mind if you switch on the enemies. I've got full iron armor and an iron sword.

Unfortunately, the server is currently on 1.5.2. Hopefully 1.6 will come out soon, as I've been planning on using coal blacks for some of my builds. We probably won't downgrade the status of the server, sorry. (Unless it was a typo and you meant 1.5.2 and not 1.4.2.

Oops, yes it was a typo! Sorry, my fault.

Vrogen did the IP change? I logged in last night to MC to pop in, but the server was offline

No, sorry: IP didn't not change, the servers were all down. Apparently one of the idiots running a server through my brother had incorrectly applied one too many plug-ins, causing the log to grow exponentially, to a sizeof about 300GB. As you can imagine, that caused all of his servers to go offline. Luckily the dude thought it was my brothers fault, and is no longer hosting through him.

Server is incredibly lonely. Other than me, only one other player has connected in the last 3 weeks...
