Re: Planescape : Torment

At the moment, I'm in a non-playing mode regarding Torment, since like Pholo I haven't been able to find a route out of Sigil. Yes, I've gone to Rubikon. Yes, I've even tried getting mazed, that didn't assist me. I talked to the candy-man in 'Sensate Central', but he offered no help whatsoever except to suggest what I already knew -- "find a piece of Ravel" -- and had already accomplished.
So... maybe after I finish both The Witcher and Eschalon Book II I'll get back to it.
I do love the writing.
The conversations with the dungeon-bots in the "low difficulty setting" in Rubikon are hilarious.
I wonder why the writer(s) called the place/project Rubikon?
EDIT :
Hmm.... as for finding a route out of Sigil . . . maybe Deionnara can help? She's there for a reason, after all.
Nah... can't be. She's there for a reason, but how/why she would be able to open portals to further my path, I don't know.
...Unless... unless during the Nameless One's travels with her they'd gone farther than I currently have... which is highly probable.
Unfinished business. Ghosts are always there because of unfinished business.
Yes, I'll have to have a chat with her. Very first thing.
Hmm... who else? The Barking Dogs? No, they have no interest in me. Maybe that old woman in SE Sigil who recognized me, I think she sells fish or something. Doubtful, though, since she didn't have much to offer in the first place and didn't seem to imply she was any sort of font of info and was likely to give me more info in the future.
Maybe Grace knows something? I should question her more.
Sigh... I shouldn't be thinking this over now. Later, when I get back into it.
(btw: Nobody tell me the answers, please.)
