I am overloaded(Encumb), if I will leave things in chests at level 2 then what them to take away, only from the first level to come back behind them? Or there are even ways?

Once you've cleared the mine to the exit on level three, you can run back through it picking up the stuff you left behind. You have to go ALL the way back through though from level 1. It's boring to walk back through, but unless you're a massive brute on strength there's no way to carry all the stuff out in one trip.

At 3 level "Dwarvisl Gold Reserves" really to open?

That will never be available. It would be a game-breaking amount of gold, and remove all point from having a loot score for anyone.
