I really want to make a great manual since it was such an important part of those classic RPGs, but there has been a mountain of other priorities.
I do promise that the manual will continue to improve (we can always allow people to download updated PDFs from the website), and Book II will ship with a much nicer manual.

Ditto! I fully understand you've had other priorities (like getting the game finished), so no worries. Good to hear though, that you will continue working on the manual even after the release.
