I'm still assuming (i.e. hoping) that that, and the related lack of camping spawns on some maps in Book II, were unintentional oversights by BW, and not a deliberate game concept. (Both of these are listed in the Book II bugs list, incidentally...)

I'm hoping that both of these will be fixed on more maps, the next time a version update for Book II is released.

"Death in Blackwater" would be better: bigger town = better "murder mystery".
