See http://balconyteam.com/. That would be a game if you will.
We support any language. but we don't make enough profit to translate it ourselves. Instead, we have supplied the text files to a dozen different people who said they could translate the game into several languages, and no one has ever come through with a complete translation.

Then we had a group of Russians who got pissed off because I wanted them to translate the game the way I intended, so instead they hacked it and translated it their own way. I'm sure you can find a repackaged version of it somewhere in a Moscow black market software store.

And our editor- yep, it sucks. You got that right at least. But we can make an entire game from it so we have no need for additional bells and whistles.
Ha-ha. Even the Russian?

Your opinion is fucking stupid and I make no apologies for saying it openly.

When you claim Basilisk Games do not support language translations you do nothing but demonstrate your ignorance. A simple five minute search would of told you otherwise. madeba claims to have done a complete French translation of the text files for Book II but Basilisk Games are too busy with Book III at the moment. He missed the train and we don't know if or when the train will come back.

And why is the editor a joke? You haven't even used it! If you're going to continue posting idiotic comments I suggest you elaborate in future.
We just did a translation in Russian. We are not to blame for what is normal can not translate without changing the binary code of the program.

BasiliskWrangler made it very clear.

Basilisk Games wanted your group to translate Book II their way but you refused and so your group hacked the game. What you did was morally wrong and also illegal. Do you understand?
This was only a change in the binary code words. Example: Apple - Яблоко.
The rest of all of the functionality is maintained. We did not write hack for free use. Who downloaded our version as well if you want developers to pay the full version of the game.

Imagine a translation into Russian: "You see "object"."
If it did not change the binary code in the translation we would have: "You see "object"."
And in Russian it should read: "Вы видите "какой-то объект"."
And what then is the translation? Russian users should be required to learn English?

You notice the difference? The developer had to store all of the string data in separate files, everything, not only the dialogue and descriptions of items that do not match the names in the binary file. It is advisable to UTF-8.

Do you understand?

I understand completely zbonek.

You hacked Book II because you refused to work with Basilisk Games on their terms. What you did was morally wrong and illegal.

Do you understand?
You do not understand?
We have moved most of the free games.
We do not require any money.
We do not decompiled the binary code.
We have not been contacted for hacking the game.
What we have done wrong?
In fact they did to the game soon bought in Russia and the money went only to the developer and not us?
You do not want to receive money from Russia?

You know how to read? Or only write?

I know how to read. You obviously don't though. Perhaps your poor English is stopping you from understanding my posts? Or perhaps you suffer from retardation? Maybe both. What do you think?
Yes, my English is far from perfect.
Are you accusing me of this?
You a Nazi? Why do you have such a conclusion?

Do not translate into Hebrew.
Do not translate into Russian.
It may be a German translation!
It may be French translation!
Perfectly!
