Right, the True Healer challenge specifies that you can't even allow friendly-aligned NPCs to be killed by enemies. AFAIK there's no way to both get the key from Sparrow and achieve True Healer.

There's another key in her house, I believe in a chest or one of those night stands.

As far as "Untouchable" goes, I made a set of bronze armor that has 0 armor value. It worked!

I stand corrected! I was thinking of the writ.

I would like to see a third option: Turn Sparrow upside down and shake her until the key falls out.
