The Drunken Lizard Pub

Hi all,
I'm in the Dungeon on the West island of Vela. The script mentions there being "a man strung up on the wall. He appears to be still alive" I'd dearly love to help this fella but I can't see him! Is this just a script glitch? Also, there seems to be no way of opening the rear gate. Any hints/comments/help appreciated.

Hmm.. If you don't know what you're looking for there, chances are you need to do some of the main quest first (amulet, Lillith) before it will let you interact with said man... not sure though.

Apparently, it's possible for the man you're looking for to be killed by a bombthug.
If i recall correctly, the solution was to leave Vela, delete the corresponding map file, and go back in and he should be there.
Dont trust me though, i havent done it from experience.

Thanks Ameefmu. I'll have to try that with my next character as I'd have to delete about 2 hours play.
