I have a couple of suggestions.
Please forgive me if they have already been discussed.
How about a place on each map to "quick-rest" undisturbed.
I'd love to go to the local tavern and have a chance to gamble
with the locals. Play some "Dragon Bones" or "5-card Warlock"
(one-eyed goblins wild). Or maybe a drinking game with a Dwarf.
Some sort of mass-transit to "Quick-travel" to different places.
(Stagecoach, Caravan, Merchant ship, Dragon-back Airlines)
