How to get into Goblin citadel Level 2?

Hi,
any advice how to get into the gated area in level 1?
How can i heal myself from being poisend and cursed?

You can learn spells to cure poison and curses.
You can pay a priest to cure poison and curses.
If you go the priest route to cure a curse, make sure you are fully healed beforehand. The priest will also heal any HP you have lost, at a very high price. You will not have the option to pay for the curse removal alone. Since the diseases I have encountered also cause healing to occur very slowly, I found the least frustrating option was to pay for a night's rest in Aridell.

BTW what is the golden statue good for? Found it funny to touch it and kill goblins then but there is a very high probability to get coursed.

It's useful at the end of the game, when you've killed all the existing enemies and you only ever get ambushed by Tauraxes, who don't drop anything, DetlevH. You can still get drops (often about 1 bag per round) from the goblins generated by this.

For curses, visit either Michael in Aridell or Jonathon in Blackwater. They can cure you in exchange for gold. For poison, either create a detox serum with Alchemy, or purchase one from someone. You can always wait out the poison, using a healing potion at the last minute to regain health points. I think priests can cure you of poison, but I am not sure.

Short of spoiling you, go anti-clockwise around the map. If you want more help, post a screenshot of your current progress on level one.
This is my map. Though that i was everywhere, did everything....

Actually, there is a little more to it than that.
Spoiler:
There are two doorways where you get killed when you try to go through them. The first can be made harmless by throwing a lever, the second also - but the lever for the second is beyond the door. You have to throw the lever by shooting it with an arrow or throwing something at it.
Edit: on looking at DetlevH's map, I think he's actually past that bit. I can't remember offhand how I got through the last doorway, but I don't think it was difficult - maybe you're right, Culmination!

Thanks for your help but i am still stuck!
Found many gates to the inner room but all are closed and there is no lever left.
Any hints?

The lever behind the spider web closes one door and open an other.
