I notice a sound like I am stepping on an activation plate in the Blacksmith shop but I do not see or find anything - anyone else find this and if so what does it do

I think that's the building that a trio of goblin Bombthugs spawn in, isn't it? If so, I suspect that plate was a trap, 'cause I remember a couple of those thugs blowin' themselves up real good for no apparent reason as I was entering the city. Got a good chuckle out of it, too.

If that's not what it is, then I've got no idea either.

I haven't noticed the sound. Where are you standing when you hear it? Do you see the outline on the ground?

I am standing in about the middle of the room - you cannot see the floor - it is covered with water.

There are a few of them right when you walk into town, though I have never noticed what they do. No one ever showed up. No goblins appeared on my game.
