The Drunken Lizard Pub

Hi!

I have downloaded the demo version of eschalon book I and am attempting to run it on my dell xps m1530 laptop running opensuse 11.0 (nvidia graphics card). Unfortunately I am not having much luck!

When I run it I see a message about setting the sound and then "appstub.linux signal handler 11" message and the app exits.

Anyone got it going on dell xps m1530 and/or opensuse 11.0?

Any advice/help muchly appreciated!

Oh yeah, meant to mention, my video card is an nvidia GeForce 8600M GT graphics card and I am running the nvidia 173.14.09 driver.
