Hi! I tried the demo of Eschalon, loved it, bought the game, got my activation code, entered it, can play all day, all is good. Quit.
When I relaunch the game, I get the demo box again, stating that I have 2 minutes left of the 60 minute demo -- I enter the activation code, game runs fine, play my heart out. Exit the game properly, quit the open game box, etc.
Relaunch...same thing -- I have to renter the activation code every time.

I'm running OSX 10.4.11 on a pre-intel dual G5. Any ideas? TIA!

Are you starting the game from the Demo folder still? On the Mac, when you download and install the full game, it's in a different folder, though it uses the same save folder in your Documents, so you can continue with the same character.

It could be a corrupt preference file, which you may need to delete and have the game make a new one...

or something as simple as needing to Repair Disk Permissions (is that still under Disk Utility in OS X 10.4?).
