The Drunken Lizard Pub

So my brother dissapeared and broke the quest, and I decided it wasn't worth loading my last checkpoint save and redoing all of Vela, so I went to shadowmirk, got to Erubar, yet he didn't give me the next leg of the main quest. Do I have to do Vela again? Am I skipping a major part of the game by not doing so? I'm confused.

Edit: I did get the goblin key from erubar's chest, is that all I need? What am I missing quest wise here??? Ugh, things were going so well up until now :-/

As long as you got the goblin key, you can finish. He tells you to talk to the Giants for the last key. Get the skull and go talk to them and you should be fine.
